Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products or with our service, we will exchange the product or refund your purchase price, as you prefer. Please contact us for a return authorization number and return the product in its original condition within 30 days of the shipping date.
Pay Pal & Credit Card Charges
We are currently using PayPal as the only means of paying by credit card. Your card (if you choose to pay that way) will be charged as soon as you place your order. We may be traveling and might not have computer access, in which case it may be a day or two between the time you place the order and the time your order is shipped. If this presents a problem for you, please contact us before placing your order.
Payment by Check
You may place your order through this Web Site and mail in a check as payment. We will wait 5 days for checks drawn on US banks to clear before shipping your order. Orders paid by US Postal Service Money Order will be processed immediately upon receipt.

Shipping and Handling Charges
We charge a flat rate of $4.00 to ship all orders in the United States. This may be more than the actual postage amount for a small order, but is necessary to cover our costs for packing materials and time.
International Orders
Shipping costs for orders sent outside the US must be calculated on a per-order basis. Checks not drawn on US banks may take a considerable amount of time to clear. We highly recommend you use PayPal to avoid this problem. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific situation.
